It’s been a while since I posted an article featuring one of my favourite guitar play through videos. So, in an attempt to get back into the sharing of videos from guitarists who inspire and amaze me, I figured I should start with Hellana Pandora.
Their guitar playing is incredibly impressive. Not just for the technical ability, but also for their ability to play technical guitar parts in a track that is as melodic as it is intricate.
One of the most impressive elements to the song writing of Hellana Pandora is their ability to right epic riffs. For example, in the track that I’ve embedded below—Gravity—the riff that kicks in around the two minute mark is simply brilliant.

My only criticism is that they’re not playing an eight string guitar. With those fretboard inlays of the octopus, an eight string guitar feels appropriate 😉
